How it works

  1. Take an order. In Orders, record the customer, the bouquet and the delivery address.
  2. Source your stock. In Sourcing, list what to buy from the flower shop and find nearby florists by postcode.
  3. Share it fairly. In Riders, name your four bikers; assign each order and watch the workloads stay balanced.
  4. Move it along. Advance each order from New โ†’ Assigned โ†’ Out for delivery โ†’ Delivered.
  5. Sell bouquets. Customers buy through the Pay panel on the Dashboard โ€” payments go straight to your Factory account, no cards touch this app.
  6. Keep your list. Consented customers appear in the Owner area, ready to export as a CSV for your newsletter.

Everything you enter is saved to your Petal Relay cloud and shared across every device that opens this app.
